Members of American Legion Post 137 presented the winners of the annual Constitution essay contest.
Those winners were:
1st Place--Valerie Rahe
2nd place--Kalli Chapman
3rd place--Reilly Westhoff
Presenting awards were Jerry Manemann and Greg Wagner.
