PROM 2021
Prom is on April 24, 2021 from 8:30pm-11:30pm.

Prom Important Info:
- JUNIOR-SENIOR PROM: Saturday, April 24, 2021
- Junior set-up is Friday April 23.
- All juniors and seniors are to be in school on Friday April 23.
- No notes for appointments, errands, etc. will be honored. Please plan accordingly.
- Prom is open to juniors and seniors from Beckman and their dates who must also be a junior in high school or older.
Prom Schedule:

5:00 pm: Many of the students attend Mass at St. Francis Xavier, Dyersville, IA.

6:00 pm: Following Mass students go to dinner. The junior class has dinner at the XXXXXX and the seniors at the Dyersville Country Club. Dinner tickets are $15 a person. Parents are welcome to take pictures at the class dinner location beginning at 6:00 pm. The meal will be served at 7:00 pm.

8:30-11:30 pm: Prom dance in the Beckman Commons; tickets are $7.00 a person and must be purchased in advance. Students must be in the door by 9:15 p.m. unless they have submitted a note to Mr. Troutman by Friday, April 23, indicating who will be late and the intended time of arrival. If your child has purchased a ticket and does not show up, parents will be called; once the student leaves the dance he/she will not be readmitted. Pictures will be taken beginning at 8 pm until all are finished. A price list is available. Crowning of the Prom King and Queen will be at 10:30 pm or when all court members are present.

12:00-3:30 am: Each year the parents of juniors and seniors plan a Post Prom event for all juniors and seniors and their dates. The Post Prom will be held in the Jasper Athletic Center. Tickets are $5 and will be sold at school. A hypnotist will be performing and we will have a variety of games and gifts/prizes to be given away! Post Prom is not a lock-in, but if a student chooses to leave, the student will not be allowed to re-enter. We want all the students to come and have fun. Refreshments and snacks will also be provided.

Sunday, April 25, Prom clean-up will be held from 1 pm to 3 pm. THIS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL JUNIORS.
